Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest/patient services, staffing, training, and performance, while managing operations and revenue reporting.

You will recruit and develop associates, align with client standards, and drive service quality across shifts, with a focus on safety and compliance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Ability to manage staffing and scheduling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest/patient service on all shifts.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and discipline associates as needed.
• Manage client relations and ensure satisfaction with site operations.
• Oversee labor planning, performance appraisals, and coaching.
