Towne Park in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee guest services, staffing, and client relations at a designated location. You will hire, train, evaluate, and discharge associates, plan work, and manage performance to ensure service excellence.

The role includes budgeting, reporting, and addressing customer concerns while maintaining a high standard of safety and confidentiality across operations.

Qualificações

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1+ year of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park safety and security procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and confidentiality (HIPAA).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery and manage staffing.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes at the location.
• Coach and develop associates; conduct performance appraisals.
• Maintain relationships with client staff and ensure communication quality.
• Drive business metrics for revenue reporting and controls.
