Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills seeks an on-site Valet Parking Attendant to greet guests, assist with guest arrivals, and park vehicles with care and safety. The role emphasizes professional hospitality and seamless guest experiences at a luxury property in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will hold a California driver’s license, have a clean driving record, and be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. Prior luxury hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A valid California driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• At least 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality as a valet attendant.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests who arrive by private car and assists guests descending from cars.
• Issues valet tickets when Door Staff is unavailable and coordinates with drivers.
• Drives hotel guests to the hotel or local garages while obeying traffic rules and safety precautions.
• Opens doors and provides directions, recommendations, and city information to guests.

What we expect:

• Greets guests who arrive by private car and assists guests descending from cars.
• Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity. Yields to pedestrians.
• Assesses any damage to vehicle. Clearly notes any damage on claim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked. Deposits key and ticket with Valet Cashier.
• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hails taxis as needed.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, etc.

Ideal candidate will have:

• A valid California driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic.
• At least one‑year experience in luxury hospitality setting as Valet Parking Attendant.
