Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experiences are delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction results and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Account Manager to align expectations and performance.
• Maintain regular client communication and oversee revenue reporting accuracy.
