Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Account Manager to lead valet operations across assigned locations, delivering exceptional guest service while managing staff and client relationships. Responsibilities include daily oversight of scheduling, payroll, and budgeting, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

You will recruit and train hourly staff, monitor performance, and provide update reports to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and guest service to ensure exceptional experience.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and training; conduct regular site visits to maintain standards.
• Monitor revenue and payroll; assist Regional Director with cost control and budgeting.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate hourly associates; enforce policies and promote professionalism.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and coordinate with vendors and clients.
