Responsibilities

• Client relationship management: serve as primary contact for properties and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Daily operational oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across locations.
• Financial and administrative tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; coordinate with Regional Director.
• Team supervision and training: recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; set performance expectations.
