Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required; clean background check.
• Leadership and business management training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring contractual obligations are met and fostering open communication.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations at each location.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses and collaborate with Regional Director on cost control and reporting.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff, set performance expectations, and uphold company policies.
