Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact and ensure contractual obligations.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and QA for smooth operations.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, expenses, and budgeting.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, coach, and develop hourly staff.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular progress updates to management.
