Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to oversee daily valet account operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage staff hiring, training and performance. The role also includes revenue, payroll and claims oversight, with flexibility to work shifts as needed.

The successful candidate will lead training, ensure safety standards, maintain client communications, and drive a high-performing team in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guest service training to all associates and uphold PMC standards
• Supervise valet operations and manage vehicle handling and key storage
• Lead HR processes: interviewing, onboarding, training, performance management
• Ensure professional appearance and disciplined behavior
• Maintain clear client communication and address operational concerns
• Audit timecards, payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Support revenue management and SOP compliance
• Develop high-potential staff and foster a positive team culture
• Offer 24/7 operational support for urgent issues
• Implement company initiatives and provide regular feedback
