Parking Management Company is seeking an Area Manager to oversee valet operations across multiple locations in Ohio. The role focuses on staff leadership, client satisfaction, and driving profitability while maintaining safety and high service standards.

The candidate will manage daily operations, budgets, and performance metrics, with travel between sites and regular executive updates. A driver’s license and experience in hospitality management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean background check.
• Management or leadership related training/certifications/business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple valet locations, ensuring smooth traffic flow, service quality, and safety.
• Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for valet staff.
• Act as primary liaison with property managers and partners to ensure client satisfaction and growth opportunities.
