Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple valet locations in the Dayton, OH area. You will lead staff, manage client relationships, and drive service excellence and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, supervision of teams, budget awareness, safety compliance, and the ability to travel to sites as needed. You’ll partner with property managers and senior leadership to deliver high-touch hospitality across venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory and customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple valet locations, ensuring safe, efficient service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise valet staff; manage schedules and labor costs.
• Maintain strong client relationships with property managers and partners.
• Oversee budgets, revenue, and expenses to meet financial goals.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Lead customer-first service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Utilize valet management software to track performance and generate reports.
• Travel to site locations as needed for performance oversight and new accounts.
