Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; clean background check required.
• Strong guest service, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service initiatives and train associates to meet service standards.
• Supervise valet operations, safety, and proper key handling procedures.
• Support HR functions: interviewing, onboarding, training, performance management.
• Uphold service standards, appearance, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain client communication and address operational concerns.
• Audit timecards, payroll reports, and vehicle counts weekly.
• Assist revenue management and ensure SOP compliance.
• Identify high-potential associates for development and promotions.
• Provide on-call support for urgent operational issues.
• Oversee company initiatives and ensure alignment with goals.
