The role emphasizes service excellence, safety, and operational efficiency, with opportunities for leadership development and cross-site coordination.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in hospitality or parking, strong communication skills, and the ability to optimize labor costs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.
• Experience leading and coaching hourly staff across multiple sites.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance at locations.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with regional support for cost control.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff; set performance expectations and foster professionalism.
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to management and HR.
