Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Account Manager to lead on-site valet operations, oversee staff scheduling, training, and service quality, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple properties.

You will monitor revenue and payroll, working with leadership to optimize processes, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Experience in hospitality-focused parking is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service.
• Leadership or business management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and QA at each location.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with cost control focus.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; enforce company policies.
• Provide regular reports to management on progress and needs.
• Lead team development and drive process improvements across sites.
