Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager at a designated location to ensure exceptional guest, patient, and associate satisfaction. You will supervise at least two associates, hire/train staff, and ensure performance meets Towne Park standards.

Responsibilities include labor planning, reporting, client relations, recruiting, coaching, and enforcing revenue controls. Requires an associate’s degree, valid driver’s license, and hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service across all shifts and empower staff to deliver quality service.
• Schedule labor resources to meet service levels and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate associates.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain cohesive relationships with the client's staff and ensure regular communication.
• Monitor revenue reports, cash drops and timekeeping controls; oversee revenue reconciliation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet client goals and standards.
