Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission may be required depending on location.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day location management to ensure valet operations meet contractual guidelines.
• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of the valet team and create staffing schedules.
• Maintain SOP compliance and audit-ready daily paperwork.
