SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a valet associate in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on greeting guests, guiding vehicles, and delivering courteous service within contractual guidelines.

You will help recruit and train a high‑performing team, schedule staff, and uphold safety and procedures across the location. The position offers tips in addition to the hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal 6 month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
• Create a staffing schedule according to anticipated daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and protect vehicle keys at all times.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and safe.
• Develop a staging plan to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes and models quickly; know general vehicle operations.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
• Complete other duties as needed.
