Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Help hire, train, and coach valet team and create staffing schedules.
• Maintain safe handling of vehicles and keys and follow SOPs.
• Prepare daily paperwork and ensure audit compliance.
• Support other duties as needed to run the location smoothly.
