Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission may be required depending on location.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Adaptability to changes and unexpected events.
• Sound and accurate judgment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers receive timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet team.
• Create staffing schedule according to daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and secure vehicles and keys.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit standards.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean.
• Create and implement staging plan to maximize parking capacity.
• Identify vehicle makes and models quickly.
• Substitute for any position as needed.
• Complete other duties as needed.
