Job summary

SP+ is seeking a valet services associate to support daily operations at a location. You will greet guests, assist with vehicle entry/exit, and help manage the valet team while maintaining safety and professional service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, paperwork, and ensuring compliance with procedures. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal 6 month related experience or training.
• Driver’s License required with a valid state-issued license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicle and drive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team and create staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and audit standards and ensure vehicle/key safety.
• Prepare daily paperwork and keep drive lanes clean and organized.
• Adapt to changes and substitute for other positions as needed.
