Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Dallas is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee daily valet operations, staff coaching, and customer service excellence. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and some related experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

You will manage scheduling, ensure safety and procedural compliance, and contribute to a positive guest experience at all times. The position features a daytime schedule, no weekends, and an emphasis on team leadership and client relations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 6 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record; may require ability to drive manual transmission depending on location.
• Clear spoken and written communication; good listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and handle unexpected events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously.
• Ensure customers receive timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of their vehicles.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet staff.
• Create staffing schedules based on anticipated daily vehicle volume.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure safety of vehicles and keys.
• Prepare daily paperwork for audit compliance.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and free of debris.
