Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Valet Supervisor (Driving) in Oklahoma City. The role oversees day-to-day valet operations at a location, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to contractual guidelines.

You will greet guests, manage staff, and coordinate vehicle flow while upholding SP+ standards. The position requires a minimal high school diploma, 6 months related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimal 6 months related experience or training
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; ability to drive a manual transmission may be required
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and drive, park, retrieve vehicles safely
• Assist with hiring, training and coaching valet team; create staffing schedules
• Maintain SOP compliance and ensure safety of vehicles and keys
• Prepare daily paperwork and ensure cleanliness of drive lanes and crosswalks
• Develop and implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity
• Perform other duties as needed
