Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to oversee all valet operations and coordinate with the Guest Services Manager. You will greet guests, provide proactive service, and help drive efficiency and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll data, recruitment, training, and performance reviews while ensuring high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and safety. A strong customer-service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in a management position.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP.
• Experience with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valet operation in coordination with the Guest Services Manager.
• Greet guests and provide proactive, friendly service.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll data, and shift management.
• Support hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure professionalism, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Lead daily huddles and coach staff.
