Qualifications

• Minimum: Associate's Degree, High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of management experience in valet or hospitality.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP.
• Experience with customer service.
• Understanding of general business practices including accounting, HR and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities related to valet operations.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist the Guest Services Manager in daily operations and staffing.
• Prepare schedules and payroll data as requested.
• Recruit and provide input on hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and safety.
• Conduct daily huddles and monitor service quality.
