Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest service. You will manage scheduling, payroll, and client relationships, while coordinating with leadership on financial performance.

The role requires high school or GED plus supervisory experience in parking/hospitality, with opportunities for bonus and professional development. On-site work at multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with supervisory experience in parking/hospitality or similar.
• Leadership or business management training/certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses and coordinate with leadership on cost control.
• Train and coach hourly associates and uphold company policies.
• Provide regular updates to management with progress and needs.
