You will manage staff, payroll, and revenue, while performing on-site duties as needed to maintain service quality and growth.

The role emphasizes staff development, operational excellence, and clear communication with clients and internal teams to drive efficiency and financial performance at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, travel for financial reviews or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for each property and meet contractual obligations.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, and site visits.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; assist with cost control.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, coach hourly associates, and enforce policies.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and coordinate during emergencies.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning and process improvements; provide feedback.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend meetings, complete training modules, and adapt to evolving business needs.
