Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across properties.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses; support budgeting.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
• Lead and develop teams across multiple sites.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training; travel as needed.
