Towne Park is seeking an Account Manager to oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account in Milwaukee, driving financial performance and client satisfaction. You will ensure service levels align with client standards and support revenue growth through proactive account management.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, payroll reporting, and performance metrics, while collaborating with HR and operations to optimize efficiency and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred and at least 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees one Towne Park account and targets financial, guest/patient and client satisfaction metrics.
• Manages scheduling, payroll, overtime and timekeeping for associates under supervision.
• Develops relationships with clients and coordinates with sales to identify growth opportunities.
