Towne Park is seeking an Account Manager in Houston to oversee one Towne Park account, drive financial performance, and ensure guest/patient and client satisfaction. The role demands strong coordination of scheduling, payroll, and client communications to maximize opportunities and maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree (preferred) and at least two years of related experience, with proficiency in MS Office and a track record of managing complex accounts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversees one Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, payroll reports, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop cohesive working relationships with client staff, maintain regular meetings, and pursue growth opportunities.
