Radisson Plaza Hotel seeks a friendly Front Office Associate to greet guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate shuttle services while upholding Radisson standards. You will be the first and last impression for guests, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures across multiple front office tasks.

This multi-functional role requires stamina, a clean DMV record, and excellent communication. Base pay starts at $12/hour plus tips, with performance-based raises as experience grows.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must provide a clean DMV driving record for consideration.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform repetitive motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure; assist with luggage and open doors.
• Escort guests to rooms, outlets, or vehicles and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Deliver packages and amenities to rooms with care and attention to detail.
• Coordinate shuttle pickups/drop-offs and maintain driving logs.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow safety procedures.
