Job summary

Radisson Plaza Hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping team member to deliver spotless guest rooms and tidy common areas. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and attention to detail in daily tasks.

You will handle bed making, vacuuming, bathrooms, linen duties, and assist in the Laundry Room as needed, with 1st shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Sunday availability required.

Qualifications

• 1st Shift availability: 7AM - 3:30PM
• Sunday availability a MUST
• Passion for guest service
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
• Able to stoop and bend
• Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all guests by delivering clean guest rooms and assisting with guest requests as necessary
• Ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved at the highest level through bed making, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and sanitizing surfaces
• Follow all training procedures pertaining to blood borne pathogens
• Follow through on all lost and found items according to procedure
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked at all times
• Inspect guest room linen and amenities for quality standards
• Assist in Laundry Room as necessary with folding and stocking of linens
