This role requires mobility, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. A competitive benefit package and a $300 sign-on bonus are offered to successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Clean DMV driving record required.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to load/unload luggage.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.
• Flexible to work across front office duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to rooms, outlets, or vehicles and assist with directions.
• Deliver packages and luggage with care to rooms.
• Operate the hotel shuttle safely and maintain driving logs.
• Perform valet parking following safety procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with front office and concierge teams for seamless service.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
