Job summary

Radisson Plaza Hotel is seeking a Front Office team member to be the face of guest experience, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues with professionalism. The role supports sales, team goals, and Radisson/GHG standards, with pay based on experience and monthly bonus incentives at $18/hr.

Responsibilities include building guest relationships, handling inquiries, promoting hotel amenities, and ensuring accurate billing.

Qualifications

• 2nd shift availability 3:00PM - 11:30PM.
• Able to work weekends and Holidays; schedule based off of hotel needs.
• Passionate about people and the industry.
• Able to work with strong communication and verbal skills.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 40 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction.
• Respond to concerns and complaints with empathy and policy awareness.
• Cross-sell hotel services and create personalized experiences.
• Maintain accurate billing processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person with warmth.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Understand on-property events and leverage them to enhance guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
