Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality and assist with parking and luggage during guest arrivals and departures. You will greet guests warmly, manage bell services, and help with directions and reservations.

This role requires a friendly demeanor, English literacy, basic math skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. The position is on-site and offers tips and standard benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; math and basic accounting skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests using last names and provide warm welcome.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles, assists with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Accurately handle ticketing and revenue in the valet system.
