Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests with a friendly and efficient approach. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles and assist with luggage delivery and pickup during arrival and departure.

Role emphasizes guest interactions, accurate ticketing, and helping guests with directions, reservations, and area information. High standards of service are expected in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable)
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup where applicable.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide information about outlets, meeting rooms and area attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect claim checks; maintain ticket information and revenue.
