Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license required or within a commutable distance.
• Work Experience: One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English; basic arithmetic; understand time-based rates; operate manual transmission is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality to guests.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage when applicable.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients; use guests’ last names.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and manage keys and ticket records.
• Contribute to accurate guest folios, revenue calculations, and ticketing in the valet system.
