Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services during guest arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic arithmetic, and ability to read and write English. A valid driver's license is needed, and experience with manual transmission is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle money transactions.
• Understanding time formats (24-hour clock) and time-based procedures.
• Experience with parking and parallel parking is preferred.
• Operating a vehicle with manual transmission is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor at all times.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently for guests.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and collect payments when required.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and vehicle location data in the valet system.
