Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality during guest arrival and departure, handling vehicle parking and retrieval and assisting with luggage where applicable.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, aiding with directions and inquiries, and explaining parking rates. The role emphasizes safety, friendliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for local commuting.
• 1 month related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic math and time-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, coworkers, and clients.
• Greet guests, use proper Towne Park phone etiquette, and assist where needed.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage storage as required.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information to guests.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys, tickets, and revenue as needed.
