Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services and assist guests with parking, luggage handling, and vehicle retrieval in a prompt and safe manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and colleagues.
• Basic arithmetic with money and time formats.
• Understanding 24-hour and military time systems.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.
• Ability to perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests by name and provide courteous service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and facility information.
• Explain parking rates, manage keys and tickets, and handle guest charges accurately.
