Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality with a friendly and efficient approach. You will assist guests with parking and luggage, provide information and directions, and ensure a safe, positive arrival and departure experience.

The role requires a courteous, professional demeanor, strong communication, and basic math for handling payments and tickets. Open availability and a can-do attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or within commutable distance).
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English; perform basic math; understand time systems and rates; basic vehicle operations such as parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, issue/collect keys and manage ticket information.
• Complete tasks efficiently and maintain accurate guest folios and receipts.
• Safely assist with guest needs during arrival and departure.
