Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager in Florida to help oversee valet operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet guests, coordinate staff, monitor performance, and drive improvements in guest satisfaction and efficiency.

You will assist with scheduling, payroll data, and compliance with standards while supporting HR-related actions and maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required, or relevant working experience.
• Experience in valet parking is required.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all valet operations with the Guest Services Manager.
• Provide proactive, friendly, professional customer service and greeting.
• Recommend measures to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct Daily Huddle and assist with shift scheduling.
• Ensure professionalism, cleanliness, and adherence to dress code.
• Recruit qualified applicants and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor cash flow, tip pool, parking deposits, and audits.
• Support investigations of claims and assist with disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
