Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services in Savannah, GA seeks an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support valet operations, greet guests, and deliver quick, friendly service while coordinating daily activities with the Guest Services Manager.

You will help manage staff, uphold Forbes standards, monitor performance, and maintain high quality, safety, and appearance across the valet program.

Qualifications

• Experience in valet parking or guest services operations.
• 2 years in a management position.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP.
• Experience with customer service in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Services Manager in overseeing valet operations and staff.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Coordinate daily activities and participate in the daily huddle.
• Recruit and schedules staff to meet operational needs.
• Monitor performance, guest satisfaction, and safety standards.
• Ensure professionalism, cleanliness, and adherence to dress code.
• Assist with payroll data, deposits, and cash handling audits.
• Provide feedback for associate performance reviews and training.
• Support claims investigations and quality assurance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Perform required training on Evolution and Forbes standards.
