Job summary

The Towne Park Guest Service Associate delivers exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart, parking and retrieving vehicles with care and efficiency.

You'll assist guests with luggage, provide directions, answer inquiries about local amenities, and support bell services as needed. This role emphasizes customer service, attentiveness, and safe, friendly interactions in a dynamic environment. Seasonal and part-time or full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state or be within a commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles for providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Assist guests with parking vehicles and with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve procedures to guests on arrival.
