Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly hospitality, manage vehicle parking and retrieval, and assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure. The role supports a range of guest services, including directions, reservations, and local area information, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The position includes an on-site work environment with AM/PM shifts, a base hourly rate plus tips, and eligibility for benefits such as insurance offerings and a 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within commuting distance from the applying state.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage where applicable.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; share information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys and ticket records in the system.
