Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and providing information about local amenities. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and superb guest interactions.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing tickets and keys, and supporting bell services as needed. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with an emphasis on high-quality customer experiences and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for state of applying or nearby commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write English and understand basic instructions.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and manage money.
• Ability to operate a vehicle and understand parking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greets guests and uses proper Towne Park protocols; phone etiquette.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles; assists with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
• Explains parking rates and procedures; manages keys, tickets, and receipts.
