Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage where applicable during arrival and departure.

You will greet guests, manage ticket information and revenue, answer questions about local amenities, and ensure safety and courtesy in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of application or within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide attentive service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities.
• Manage revenue and ticket information and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Deliver messages and assist guests with bell services while maintaining safety.
