Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read and write standard English.
• Ability to add/subtract and handle money.
• Ability to understand time and rates, including 24-hour time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and events.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, issue and collect claim checks.
• Maintain detailed ticket and asset information for each vehicle.
