Job summary

The Towne Park Guest Service Associate delivers outstanding hospitality by promptly parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You’ll greet guests, provide information, and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include handling tickets and keys, processing payments, and delivering safe, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is valued, with AM/PM shift flexibility noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greets guests and uses last names; displays professional and friendly conduct.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles; assists guests with bell services and luggage.
• Gives directions and information about area; handles inquiries and reservations.
• Calculates and collects revenue; processes keys, tickets and claim checks accurately.
