Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park delivers hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner, assisting with parking, luggage, and direction inside the facility.

You will greet guests by name when possible, provide information about local amenities, and support bell services. The role emphasizes a professional demeanor and safety while parking and retrieving vehicles.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
• Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously. Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Issues claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys.
