Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• One month of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with inquiries.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely for guests.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure when needed.
• Provide directions, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Accurately process tickets, collect payments and support guest services.
